Fabulous Link Google Assistant To Myq
Speak a command and your garage door will respond.
Link google assistant to myq. You need to go into your myQ account and select Add subscription. You can try out the premium subscription for a limited time and always downgrade if you need to budget. You will then be able to ask your Assistant to close the door or whether its open or not.
After you have placed your order go to the myQ app click Menu then Works with myQ Find Google Assistant in Account Linking to start the Google Assistant app. Launch the Google Assistant App Click the menu button in the upper right corner Go to Explore then search for myQ. This is done through the MyQ website.
Select Add subscription from your myQ account. Tap on Tend in the partner list. Click the LINK button by the myQ icon or scroll down to Account Linking and select LINK iOS only.
Launch the Google Assistant. It doesnt cost much at all but you need to keep that in mind as you move forward with linking the two together. The trick is it has to be linked in Google Assistant and not Google Home.
Tap Works With on the bottom menu. The myQ authentication page will show up. This MyQ garage device can also close or open heavier garage doors with its 34 HP.
The B4545 works great for most smart home garage doors. It will not show up as a device in your Google Home. I was never able to set it up to work due to a redirect bug on the linking site.
